WHY INVISALIGN
Custom Clear Aligners at Essential Dentistry
Invisalign® uses a sequence of custom clear aligners to gently move your teeth into a better position over time. You progress to the next tray every one to two weeks until your treatment is complete.
At Essential Dentistry, Dr. Brett Williams personally monitors every Invisalign case from your first 3D scan to your final tray. Most cases take 12 to 24 months, depending on the complexity of your alignment.

HOW IT WORKS
Your Invisalign Journey, Step by Step
1
CONSULTATION
Dr. Williams reviews your smile, takes a 3D scan with a digital intraoral scanner — no messy impression trays — and confirms whether you're a candidate.
2
Custom Aligners
Your scan is sent to Invisalign's lab where each tray is fabricated to fit only your teeth. Most patients receive their first set within 4–6 weeks.
3
Wear & Switch
Wear each set 20–22 hours a day, removing them only to eat, drink, brush, and floss. Switch to the next tray every 1–2 weeks as directed.
4
Track Progress
Dr. Williams checks your progress at scheduled visits to make sure your teeth are tracking on plan — and adjusts the timeline if anything needs fine-tuning.

IS IT RIGHT FOR YOU
Who Invisalign Works Best For
Invisalign® is a strong fit for most adults and teens with mild to moderate alignment concerns. You may be a good candidate if you:
Have crowding, gaps, or uneven spacing
Want straighter teeth without the look of metal braces
Prefer a removable option for meals, special occasions, or sports
Are willing to wear your trays 20–22 hours a day
Don't have severe bite or jaw alignment issues
Severe orthodontic concerns may need traditional braces or a different approach — Dr. Williams will let you know at your consultation.
WHY ESSENTIAL DENTISTRY
Invisalign Care, Personally Monitored
Same Dentist, Every Visit
Every Invisalign case at our clinic is monitored personally by Dr. Williams — from your first 3D scan to your final tray. No hand-offs to an assistant mid-treatment.
Skip the Goopy Trays
A fully digital intraoral scanner replaces traditional impression trays. Faster, more accurate, and more comfortable — especially if you have a sensitive gag reflex.
Caught Early, Not Late
Scheduled progress visits make sure your trays are tracking and your timeline stays realistic. Adjustments happen early, not at the end of treatment.
